At Story Circle Hub, we aim to provide valuable services to storytellers, speakers, and event organisers. If you’re not satisfied or need to make changes to your purchase, here’s how we handle refunds and cancellations.

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies only to purchases made directly through www.storycirclehub.com. If you purchase tickets, services, or items via third-party websites (e.g., an external link to an Eventbrite page), the refund and cancellation terms of those third parties will apply. We are not responsible for third-party policies, fees, or outcomes.

2. Free Services

Most features on Story Circle Hub are free. No refund is applicable for free accounts or services.

3. Paid Listings / Featured Profiles / Memberships

If you purchase a paid listing, featured profile, or premium membership through our website:

    • You may request a cancellation and full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the service has not already been delivered or used.

    • After 7 days, or once services have been delivered (e.g., a profile goes live or is featured), no refund will be issued.

4. Event Tickets or Workshops (Purchased Through Story Circle Hub)

If you register for a paid event or workshop directly on our website:

    • Full refunds are available up to 72 hours before the event.

  • No refunds will be issued within 72 hours of the event start time unless the event is canceled by us.
  • If an event is listed on Story Circle Hub but tickets are sold through an external site, their refund and cancellation policy applies. Please check the linked third-party website before purchasing.
  • 5. Consulting Services

If you book a consultation (e.g., marketing or speaker coaching) through the Site:

    • You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund.

    • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are not refundable.

6. How to Request a Refund

7. Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
