As s a former federal agent for the U.S Secret Service, Counter-Terrorism Instructor for the Defense Intelligence Agency, and as a diplomatic spouse who has reinvented herself every few years in new countries, I have a unique lens through which to share my expertise on creating a life in which to thrive in the face of adversity, especially in this fast-paced, changing world.
