With a background in psychology, communication, counseling, and leadership development and over 12 years of experience in career education, I help people design intentional Iives by aligning who they are with what matters to them most.
I believe there is (almost) no such thing as failure, that “good enough” is great, and that the tiniest things can make the largest impact. I approach everything in life as a puzzle to be solved, and I seek to reframe every perceived failure or problem as an opportunity.
With certifications in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator personality assessment and the CliftonStrengths assessment, I am fascinated by people, their unique sets of traits, and the dynamics that occur when any two or more of them interact.
Overall, I hope to help people experience more clarity about who they are through building their self-awareness and, in turn, increasing their emotional intelligence. The ripple effect that one person’s self-awareness can have on their community is inspiring to me, and I hope to play some small part in making our world better and better all the time.
