Biography

Most leadership programmes are correction wearing kinder language.

A keynote on culture. A workshop on accountability. A new manager-effectiveness module. The vocabulary gets warmer, but the operating posture underneath is the same: tell people what they're doing wrong, hope they do it differently, measure whether they did. By next quarter, the engagement survey is back to tell you what you already knew.

That's not a leadership problem. That's a correction problem dressed in better language. And correction has hit its ceiling.

I help leaders move from correction to commitment.

The work is to build teams who care enough to perform when nobody's watching. Not because they're being measured. Not because they're being incentivised. Because they're committed to the standard, the customer, and the brand they've decided to be a part of. That's the only operating posture that scales.

I come at this from an unusual place. I haven't led in one industry — I've led on the floor of many: musical theatre, audio engineering, composition, teaching, yoga, hospitality, and franchise operations.

The proof I work from: 1,200+ days in the field at Crumbl, supporting 69 location openings across the US and Canada, leading the brand's first international expansion, engineering the systems that underpin over $100M in net sales and broke multiple company-wide records, with a team of 50+ Field Trainers who became committed ambassadors of the brand.

Good enough is the most expensive ceiling in your operation.

If you're a CEO, COO, or Head of People rebuilding a workforce that has to perform across distance, complexity, or scale, and the current toolkit isn't moving the numbers, this is the conversation.

If you programme events and you're looking for a keynote that outlasts the room — this is the conversation.

From Correction to Commitment. Every intervention on the market is correction with better packaging — and correction has a ceiling. The keynote. The workshop. The engagement platform. The survey comes back the same. This speech doesn't add another layer. It rebuilds the operating posture underneath so the change holds past Monday morning. Drawn from 1,200+ days on the floor, 69 location openings,

The Engagement Ceiling. The recognition platform is deployed. Manager-effectiveness training has run. And the number hasn't moved on the pulse survey. Engagement is a belief problem, not a behaviour problem, and every downstream intervention misses it. This speech gives HR & People leaders the upstream diagnosis and the language to take the argument back to the C-suite where it belongs.

What Works Doesn't Scale. The playbook is documented. The training is thorough. The best location is extraordinary. And the gap between it and the average keeps widening. The problem was never the systems. It's the belief layer underneath — and adding more SOPs, more technology, and more training doesn't touch it. This speech closes that gap. From 69 location openings and $100M+ in net sales.
